Here comes a big full-stop to media reports that Tollywood director Krish (who is currently directing ‘Vaanam’ in Tamil) and Anushka are in love and they would enter the wedlock soon.

“I share a divine friendship with Anushka. Nothing more than that. I am getting married very soon. Please wish me a happy married life,” says the director, who is known for making quality films in Telugu.

Shedding more light on his relationship with Anushka, he says, “Our friendship is a symbol of culture. Her image took a beating due to mindless gossips that we are in love. But the way she took it is remarkable. She is like my mother.”

On ‘Vaanam’, he said, “The film has been shaped up well thanks to co-operation from the cast and crew. STR (Simbu) is so friendly while Anushka has come out with an excellent performance.”
